Terms and Conditions

“Game Rules” means the rules that govern the Game (as amended from time to time) published on the Website at https://kplfantasy.com/rules.

“Mini-League” means any public or private league that is set up by a Manager.

“League Organiser” means a Manager who creates a Mini-League.

“Overall League” means the public league that all Teams in the Game automatically join/enter after successful Registration.

“League” means the Overall League, the Club League or any Mini-League.

“Prize” means a prize provided by the EFL to any Manager in accordance with clause 4.2 and/or clause 6 of these Game Terms.

“Team” means a Manager's registered team of fifteen (15) Sportpesa Premier League Players submitted/selected in the Game in accordance with these Game Terms and Game Rules.

By accessing and using this fantasy football platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Users under the age of 18 will be unable to win any cash element of a prize.

Users will not:

Users must not engage in any form of cheating or manipulation of the game.

Users must not use multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.

Users must not engage in any form of harassment or abusive behavior.

Users must not attempt to disrupt the service or other users' experience.

All content and materials on the platform are protected by copyright.

Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform's content without permission.

User-generated content remains the property of the user but grants the platform a license to use it.

After Registration, each Team will be automatically entered into:

1. the Overall League;
2. a separate League of Teams which shall be made up of all Managers who selected the same Preferred Club;
3. a separate league of teams who created their teams in the same gameweek as you. For example, if you created a team during Gameweek 1, you will be entered into a league with users who also created their teams in the same gameweek.

Each Manager has the ability to create Mini-Leagues and become a League Organiser. Mini-Leagues may be made available to Managers to join on a private or public basis within the Game by the League Organiser.

A Team may participate in an unlimited number of Mini-Leagues.

Mini-Leagues have to be registered via the Website. Each Manager shall be able to register their Team to their preferred Mini-League. A League Organiser must first register the Mini-League and his/her own Team online via the Website. The League Organiser will then be instructed to select a Mini-League name and will then be allocated a League PIN and link. A PIN or link must be given (in exactly the form they appear) to all invited participants of that Mini-League. League Organisers may also email invites to other Managers to join the Mini-League.

Leagues can be created and joined at any time throughout the Season.

Managers may remove their Team from a Mini-League at any time within the Game.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect user data.

The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Where more than one (1) Manager is tied for any Prize, the tie-breaks shall be determined in the same way as for league positions: first by the Manager who has made the least transfers, and if still tied, by who created their team earlier.

Where more than one (1) Manager is tied on points with any other Manager in the same League, Managers shall be placed in the League by order of who has made the least transfers and who created their team earlier. By way of example, if two (2) Managers have the same points score, the Manager who has made fewer transfers will be placed higher; if still tied, the Manager who registered their team earlier will be placed higher. Our decision regarding tie-breaks shall be final and binding.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, riot, labor dispute, terrorism, war, revolution, criminal act, acts of restraint of government or regulatory authorities, flood, earthquake, fire or any other type of natural disaster, pandemic or endemic, failure of computer equipment, ongoing telecommunications or internet outage, or failure or delay of statistical feeds or sources of content required to produce the Game.

From time to time, the Website or parts of the website may be taken down and your access to all or part of it suspended in order for work to be carried out relating to upgrading or maintenance as necessary for the provision of the Game. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice to users of such maintenance (but make no guarantee that we can do so) and will endeavor to ensure that such works are carried out as expeditiously as possible in the circumstances. This may not be possible in cases of emergency maintenance to rectify significant faults, and we may undertake emergency maintenance whenever necessary, without notice to users.
